  • WHAT AGES ARE ACCEPTED?
    Elementary students ages 5-11 attending local Davidson County Elementary Schools.
  • WHAT TYPES OF ACTIVITIES WILL MY CHILD(REN) PARTICIPATE IN EACH AFTERNOON? 
    Students will participate in daily classes including Hip-hop, Zumba, Music, and Movement; plus, time for homework, playing, creating, making friends, and MORE!
  • HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET STARTED AFTER REGISTERING?
    We prefer students begin their journey with our after school program on a Monday (or the start of a week), but we can work with our families to start any day of the week if the need is urgent.
  • WHEN & HOW DO I PICK-UP MY CHILD IN THE EVENINGS?
    Pickup for Pre-K students is by 5 pm and for Elementary School students is by 6pm. A late fee of $10 will be charged for each 15 minutes that you are late past 5:05pm for Pre-K students and 6:05pm for Elementary students. Afternoon pickup is around the back of the building at our School's Out classroom door (painted a bright turquoise color). You just pull up to the door, call the number out back when you arrive, and we will bring your child out to your car for you.
  • WHAT TYPE OF MEMBERSHIPS DO YOU OFFER?
    We offer easy membership options with affordable installments that are budget friendly and all inclusive!* 10-Week Membership (Summer Day Camp) 42-Week Membership (School Year) 52-Week Membership (Year-Round)
  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY MEMBERSHIP?
    10-Week Membership (Summer): offers daily drop off beginning at 7:30am, with pick-up at 6:00pm, snacks provided daily (one in the AM/one in the PM), transportation & admission to and from off-campus sites, a student success pack, up to 30% off Fall, Winter and Spring Break Camps (MNPS schedule), and peace of mind you made the right decision choosing Hermitage's Best Kids Summer Camp! 42-Week Membership (School-Year): offers daily transportation from select schools in the Hermitage/Donelson Area, with pick-up at 6:00pm, one daily snack, early 1/2-day pick-ups and Day Camps during all scheduled breaks and days out of school for the entire school year (42 weeks total), sibling discounts along with discounts for current HDA dance students, and a 2-week pause* (one per semester) for a nominal fee. 52-Week Membership (School-Year + Summer): offers daily transportation from select schools in the Hermitage/Donelson Area, with pick-up at 6:00pm, one daily snack, early 1/2-day pick-ups and Day Camps during all scheduled breaks and days out of school for the entire school-year + summer (52 weeks total), sibling discounts along with discounts for current HDA dance students, and a 2-week pause* (one per semester) for a nominal fee. *Pauses do not rollover.
  • CAN I PAUSE MY SCHOOL'S OUT MEMBERSHIP?
    Yes! If you have a 42-Week or 52-Week School's Out Membership, you are allotted 2 weeks MAX per 42-Week and 52-Week Membership with one week in the Fall Semester & one in the Spring (unused pauses DO NOT rollover). To do this, first, you must complete the School's Out Membership Pause form found in your parent portal under 'FILES,' or by clicking the button below, and must pay a percentage of tuition each week paused.
  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SCHOOL'S OUT MEMBERSHIP?
    Memberships may be canceled at any time with a 7-day notice via the School's Out Cancellation Form (found in your parent portal or click the button below) and a termination fee (if applicable). Fees for your last week are due regardless of attendance. If you decide to renew your membership with School's Out in the future, after termination (we hope so!), you will have to pay the join fee again.
  • HOW OLD DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND THE LBDO PROGRAM?
    He/She can be as young as 2, but MUST be potty trained to start the program.
  • DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO BE POTTY TRAINED?
    He/She must be potty trained or at least able to pull their pull-up up and down on their own.
  • HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET STARTED AFTER REGISTRATION
    We only accept new students into the program during the first week of every month, so if you are registering after the first of the month, your start date will be the beginning of next month. This is to ensure a smooth transition for new students just starting class!
  • WHEN IS DROP-OFF & PICK-UP?
    Drop-off is between 9am to 9:30am. Pick-up is anywhere between 1:30-2pm, with a $10 late fee per 15 minute increment late starting at 2:05pm.

  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY LBDO MEMBERSHIP?
    Enrollment is perpetual and will continue until you complete a termination form. In order to complete your terination, you MUST fill out and submit the termination form 2-WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR LAST DAY with the LBDO Program. The termination form can be found under 'FILES' in your parent portal or by clicking the button below. Fees for your last 2-WEEKS are due/non-refundable regardless of attendance. If you decide to renew your membership with LBDO in the future, after termination (we hope so!), you will have to pay the join fee again.
